Our Story
Aitheon was founded by Oleksii Zhestkov and Barry O'Sullivan, combining unique expertise and a shared vision for innovation. Oleksii Zhestkov, with a deep background in the metallurgical sector and maritime industry, began his journey as an electrician at a metallurgical plant before advancing to become an Electro-Technical Officer (ETO), managing complex engine room operations on merchant ships. Transitioning into the medical instruments manufacturing industry, he further honed his skills in electro-mechanical maintenance and high-precision equipment management.
Barry O'Sullivan, whom he met in Cork, brings extensive experience in electro-mechanical systems for large-scale manufacturing, having worked with world-renowned production technologies. Together, they recognized the need for a predictive maintenance solution that combines practical expertise with advanced AI technology, giving birth to Aitheon.
